Paralegal Analyst II - Immigration

Conduct thorough research and analysis of immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support the legal team and clients. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Prepare and review legal documents, including applications, petitions, and correspondence, with a high level of attention to detail. Maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate processing of immigration cases. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide sound advice and recommendations to the legal team. Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop strategies and solutions for complex immigration cases. Assist in the preparation of evidence and exhibits for hearings and trials. Conduct interviews with clients to gather information and assist in the preparation of case strategies. Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases are processed efficiently. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of job duties. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
