The Service Release and Acquisition Specialist is responsible for interacting with buyers and servicers to coordinate acquisitions and service releases. Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The target pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr - $22.00 / hr. / ppWhat youll do : / pulliDevelops and maintains project schedules and task lists for loan acquisitions and servicing transfers. / liliMaintains / monitors acquisition project task lists and post conversion task lists. / liliNotifies and coordinates with servicing teams to complete tasks required for a service release. / liliGenerates reports / lists required by new Servicer for servicing transfers. / liliEnsures data provided to new Servicer is complete and accurate. / liliProduces and maintains concise reporting on service release information. / liliMaintains appropriate files by transfer or acquisition, which contain relevant information relating to the sale and transfer. / liliCoordinates conference calls between all involved parties to ensure efficient acquisitions / releases. / liliAssists Management in developing and / or updating department procedures. / liliPrepares and / or reviews reports / data files received for acquisitions. / liliAssists Management with planning, distributing and monitoring post-acquisition tasks. / liliTracks delivery of required acquisition reports and distributes to appropriate servicing teams. / liliParticipates in acquisition data mapping sessions. / li / ulpWhat youll need : / pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience, some college preferred. / liliA minimum of two years in mortgage banking experience / liliSkills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
