About the Role We are seeking a Paralegal Unicorn to join the team full-time (8am–5pm PST, Monday–Friday). This role is centered on paralegal expertise and Clio software proficiency. You'll be responsible for managing legal documentation, client information, and court procedures while utilizing Clio for comprehensive case management and billing operations. Why Assistantly? Core Responsibilities Manage comprehensive case workflows using Clio software for billing, file management, and court system access. Draft and prepare legal documents following Washington state legal forms and procedures. Organize and maintain incoming client data , ensuring accurate information management and confidentiality. Handle client communications and coordinate case-related activities with legal team members. Process billing operations and maintain detailed financial records within Clio system. Requirements Proven paralegal experience with strong legal background and understanding of legal procedures. Expertise in Clio software for billing, organizational data, file management, and court system access. Familiarity with legal forms and procedures . Strong ability to draft legal documents and organize complex incoming data efficiently. Available during 8am-5pm PST with long-term commitment preferred.
