Paid Media Specialist (Social & Google Ads)
We’re looking for an experienced paid media and performance marketing specialist to support the next phase of growth at The College of Legal Practice. This is a paid performance–led freelance role with end-to-end responsibility for managing, optimising, and improving paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, with creative development for ads forming a core part of delivery. • Role: Freelance Paid Media Specialist (Social & Google Ads) • Hours: Approx. 8–10 hours per week initially (with scope to increase) • Contract:Long-term freelance contract • Working pattern: Fully remote and UK based • Rate: £50 per hour (or fixed price retainer) You’ll be a strong fit if you: • Identify first and foremost as a paid media / performance marketing specialist • Have hands‑on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, including lead generation • Are confident with Search, PMax, and Display (not just basic Google Ads) • Understand how creative impacts paid performance and can create or brief effective ad assets • Are comfortable working collaboratively with an internal marketing team At The College of Legal Practice, we’re committed to widening participation and fostering an inclusive working and learning environment.
