They are seeking a high-velocity Executive Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer by managing executive priorities, marketing operations, and communications in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesServe as the CMO's operational right hand, ensuring priorities, communications, and initiatives move forward without frictionManage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar, resolving conflicts and aligning prioritiesManage a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely follow-throughDraft polished communications in the CMO's voice with professionalism and accuracyAct as a trusted liaison between the CMO, leadership team, partners, and key stakeholdersHandle sensitive company information with absolute discretion and sound judgmentKeep marketing projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives on track through effective project management, goal tracking, and cross-functional coordinationEvaluate, implement, and master new technologies that improve team productivityConduct market, competitor, and vendor research, translating findings into actionable insightsPrepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to support decision-makingSkills3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is requiredExceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft concise, professional correspondenceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyThrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quicklyExperience preparing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analysesExperience coordinating vendors, budgets, contracts, and operational processesExperience within healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, wellness, biotechnology, or other regulated industriesExposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, project management, and cross-functional initiativesFamiliarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technologies such as Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systemsWorking knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing analyticsProfessional certification in project management, executive administration, or business operations is a plusBenefitsFull benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Flex days, holidays, and more!Company OverviewSouthend Pharmacy is a 503A compounding pharmacy supporting patient-centered care through compounded formulations and thoughtful collaboration with healthcare providers.
