About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.
This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure that every campaign delivers measurable results and strong ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities
⢠Plan, set up, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube).
⢠Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
⢠Write and test ad copy, select creatives, and manage A/B testing.
⢠Monitor performance metrics daily and weekly to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
⢠Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance and business goals.
⢠Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
⢠Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
⢠Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
⢠Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
⢠Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
⢠Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
⢠Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
