The Endpoint Privilege Management Operations role involves supporting daily operations and enhancements to the Endpoint Privilege Management system, including system checks, user support, and software deployment.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations as well as enhancements to our AFS's Endpoint Privilege Management systemRoutine system checksSupporting usersMaking rule/policy changesUpdating client softwareBuilding/deploying/maintaining self-service software deploymentsActing as a SME for the solutionSkillsMinimum of three years' experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with ConfigMgr and JamfProven ability to work independently, and as a team memberExcellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new technologiesExperience as a user and an administrator of the following systems: BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management productsServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows and Mac workstations, ConfigMgr, Jamf Pro, Intune, JiraBenefitsAccenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.Hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.Company OverviewAccenture Federal Services is a leading US federal services company and subsidiary of Accenture.
