Responsibilities for Paid Media Specialist:
Plan, create, and manage social media ad campaigns across various platforms.
Conduct audience/keyword research and manage bids to optimize campaigns.
Optimize bidding strategies at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns, including reviewing underperforming keywords and ensuring campaigns stay within budget.
Write engaging and concise copy to improve CTAs and boost click-through and conversion rates.
Create effective graphics for advertising campaigns.
Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance through weekly and monthly reports, analyzing trends, goals, and key performance indicators.
Stay up-to-date with search engine and PPC industry trends.
Qualifications for Paid Media Specialist:
Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proven success in developing and executing PPC campaigns.
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily.
Experience with Google Analytics and setting up conversion tracking.
Functional experience with all social media channels.
Ability to conduct PPC audits for clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and presentation skills.
Strong writing proficiency and content creation skills.
Creative thinking and analytical skills.
Research and problem-solving skills.
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as landing pages and content creation, is a plus.
