We support K–12 learners and educators with high-quality, personalized programs that promote growth, creativity, and real-world success.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You’ll report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with content, design, and analytics partners to create full-funnel marketing strategies that support Edovate’s growth goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platformsManage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI and meet performance goalsCollaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop data-driven strategies aligned with broader marketing objectivesMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvementConduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pagesStay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effectiveCoordinate with internal and external partners (e.g., design, content, contractors) to support campaign execution
Requirements
Education and Experience QualificationsRequired:3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2C or education-related environmentStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerExperience with performance reporting and marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion trackingSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote work environmentExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetPreferred (but not required):Experience in the K–12 education spaceFamiliarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platformsWorking knowledge of SEO and organic marketing best practices
