We are seeking Employment Law (Class Action) Attorneys (
Remote or Onsite)to become apart of our team!You will represent clients in legalproceedings,draw up legal documentsand advise clients on legal transactions. Responsibilities:
ā¢ Represent clientsin court or before government agencies
ā¢ Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
ā¢ Advise clients on business and legal transactions
ā¢ Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
ā¢ Comply with all legal standards and regulations
ā¢ Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in law
ā¢ Familiarity withvarious legaldocuments
ā¢ Stronganalyticaland problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to build rapport with clients
ā¢ Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
