Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately type and format text from scanned documents, handwritten notes, or printed materials.
Ā Ensure all typed content is free from spelling and grammatical errors.

Ā Meet daily and weekly typing targets as set by the project manager.
Ā Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of typed materials.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in typing or data entry are a plus.
Ā Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
Ā Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other word processing software.
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills
Ā Experience with transcription software.
Ā Basic knowledge of editing and proofreading.
Ā Familiarity with different document formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT).
