Packaging Designer
Role OverviewThe Packaging Designer owns the visual execution of Everyday Dose across all physical touchpoints, from DTC mailers to retail shelf.This role blends creative excellence with operational precision. You will design packaging that is beautiful, compliant, manufacturable, and retail-ready.You are not just designing labels.You are designing the physical expression of the brand.Core Responsibilities1. Packaging Concept & DesignLead packaging design for:New product launchesLine extensions (flavors, formats, bundles)LTOsRetail-exclusive SKUsTranslate brand strategy into compelling physical designMaintain visual consistency across the product portfolioCreate dieline-ready artwork for production2. Retail Shelf ImpactDesign with shelf visibility and competitive landscape in mindEnsure packaging communicates key benefits quickly and clearlyBalance aesthetic excellence with conversion clarityAdapt packaging for different retail environments (Target, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.)3. Regulatory & Compliance CollaborationWork closely with Regulatory and Product teams to:Incorporate FDA-compliant claimsManage supplement facts panelsMaintain ingredient transparencyEnsure accuracy and correct placement of:Net weightCertificationsLegal disclaimersBarcodes / QR codesPrecision matters.4. Production & Vendor CoordinationPrepare print-ready filesCommunicate with printers and manufacturersManage color consistency and print proofsSolve production constraints creativelyUnderstand materials (pouches, cartons, labels, finishes)5. Brand System StewardshipMaintain packaging style guidesEnsure consistency and differentiation across SKUsDevelop scalable systems for flavor expansionsPartner with Creative Strategy to evolve visual identity thoughtfully6.
