Outreach Coordinator

Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is hiring a proactive and organized Outreach Coordinator to support our remote marketing and community engagement initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, schools, and communities to increase awareness of our programs and services.
The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and able to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and reach out to potential partner organizations, schools, and community groups
•Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and stakeholders
•Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
•Assist in creating outreach materials, presentations, and promotional content
•Track outreach efforts, engagement metrics, and provide periodic reports
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
•Respond professionally to inquiries and follow up with contacts as needed
•Maintain organized records of communications and partnerships
Required Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
•Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration tools
•Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
