What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage outbound calls to/from insurance providers in a call center environment
- Utilize multiple screens to assist with data entry and customer communication
- Multi-task effectively while engaging with customers
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure privacy and compliance
- Maintain professionalism while being on camera during training and supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6-12 months of call center experience
- Must be within a commutable distance to Houston, TX for onboarding
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call center environment
- Capability to work in a quiet location with no distractions
- Must be able to appear on camera during training and as required by supervisors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical or healthcare-related call center
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
