Outbound Call Center Rep - Remote

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations
Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms
Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set
Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as needed
Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while making calls
Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times
Good communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
Proficiency in the English language
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment
Experience using an auto dialer and/or following scripts
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
Persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally
Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented environment
