Outbound Call Center Rep - Remote

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the terms and respond to rebuttals professionally
Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and scheduled appointments
Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers
Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred
Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and work in a remote setting
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience with auto dialers and scripted calls is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume call environment
Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
