Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking an Order Processing Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, have excellent English Communication, be efficient, and be able to solve problems. They should be comfortable working with different systems and have a strong understanding of customer purchase orders and quotes.
We have two (2) India-based, full-time, remote positions
Position 1 The work hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30p -11:30p India Standard time.
Position 2 The work hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00p - 3:00a India Standard time.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and maintain the electronic order queue.
Vet orders for errors and upload them to a designated drive.
Enter orders accurately and promptly from different sources, including Exostar, Emails and Purchase Orders.
Compare customer purchase orders to quotes or... perform manual entry when necessary.
Verify customer account details, ensure accurate order entry, verify line numbers and pricing, and ensure the orders contain all the necessary information to process them correctly.
Check inventory levels and adjust orders accordingly.
Communicate with the Inside sales reps and or customers about any discrepancies.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of prior experience in order processing, order entry, or similar role.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to vet orders for errors.
A strong understanding of customer purchase orders and quotes with the ability to compare to ensure accuracy.
Exceptional English communication skills to communicate with the Inside Sales Reps, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage your time to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Have a positive attitude and be willing to work collaboratively with others in the team.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet, and address discrepancies or issues promptly.
