This role requires 1st shift training for 5 weeks. What you will do: As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:Efficient order entry and follow-upTroubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepanciesEnsuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information inputCollaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goalsProviding exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders What you will bring:High School graduate or equivalentCurrent national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registrationStrong computer skillsThorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledgeMath and analytical skills, with a focus on calculationsMinimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferredFramework experience is preferred Join our team dedicated to delivering life-saving medications to thousands of residents every day.
