About the Role As an Oracle Integration Architect at Switch, you will be part of a world-class team that operates in excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions that redefine what’s possible in AI, cloud and enterprise data center needs. Your work will directly impact the future of technology and the sustainable growth of the Internet. Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, you’ll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions. Responsibilities • Drive next-level innovation to support our mission-critical infrastructure. • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key. • Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions. • Uphold Switch’s Karma philosophy— leading with integrity and empowering those around you. Specific responsibilities include the following: • Lead design and governance of integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and external systems. • Define integration strategy, standards, and governance. • Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware. • Oversee development of inbound/outbound interfaces with payroll, banks, CRM, and supply chain systems. • Implement error handling, monitoring, and alerting frameworks. • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements. • Provide guidance on API usage, EDI standards, and integration patterns. • Support cutover planning and testing for integrations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • TOGAF or Integration Architecture certification a plus. Required Skills • 10+ years in system integration roles. • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API management, and middleware platforms. • Experience with ERP/HCM Cloud integration patterns and large-scale enterprise architectures. • Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration. • Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, encryption).
