Job Summary

Join our team as an Oracle HCM - HR Help Desk Implementation Consultant, where you will drive the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk solutions for a large public accounting firm. You will be instrumental in elevating our HR service delivery, leading complex enterprise projects, and ensuring seamless employee experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work fully remotely, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk, aligning solutions with our organizational objectives and project timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements for HR case management and self-service platforms.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk, including workflows, SLAs, templates, categories, and automated processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Integrate HR Help Desk with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and third-party applications utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and middleware.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to guarantee solution integrity.
• Facilitate user training and create robust documentation to support HR agents and business partners through the transition.
• Manage change activities, oversee data migration from legacy systems, and provide hypercare post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR technology implementation experience, including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk or similar HR case management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HR business processes and employee service delivery best practices.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflow design, and integrations using Oracle Cloud tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification in HR Help Desk or related modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies in large, global organizations.
