On Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, and they are seeking an experienced B2B Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute B2B content that supports awareness, engagement, and revenue goals across digital channels. This role involves working cross-functionally to create compelling storytelling and sales-driven content for corporate buyers and hospitality clients, particularly in relation to major events like the LA28 Olympic Games.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of B2B marketing content that supports hospitality sales, partner engagement and premium client experiencesDevelop integrated content to support conversion across digital channels including paid media, email campaigns, landing pages and account based marketingPartner with sales and product marketing teams to translate hospitality offerings and packages into compelling conversion-oriented messaging for corporate audiencesIdentify storytelling opportunities tied to major sporting moments, hospitality trends and cultural conversationsEnsure all content reflects the brand voice and adheres to Olympic and partner guidelinesOwn and manage the B2B marketing content calendar across digital, email, web, social and partner/agency channelsPartner with design, photography, and video teams to produce premium marketing assets and campaign materialsEnsure content is optimized for different platforms and audience segments, throughout the stages of the customer journeyTrack asset needs (images, testimonials, campaign visuals) and work with creative resources to keep materials fresh and relevantSupport adaptations of marketing assets for different audiences (corporate buyers, agencies, international markets)Monitor trends and industry news across sports, luxury hospitality and entertainment to identify new content and campaign opportunitiesTrack Olympic and rightsholder milestones to inform timely and culturally relevant B2B marketing initiativesAnalyze campaign and content performance metrics, including engagement, clickthrough rate, and MQL generation to optimize future campaignsShare trends, competitive insights and emerging content strategies for luxury and sports marketing with the broader On Location teamWork closely with marketing and sales leadership to identify content needs that accelerate pipeline growth and support client conversionEnsure campaign execution aligns with revenue goals, deposit campaigns, and sales milestones across Core and Olympic propertiesMaintain reporting and documentation on content and campaign results, audience insights and content best practicesSkills3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in sports, luxury hospitality, or premium eventsStrong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreamsStrong writing, storytelling and editorial skills with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences and channelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detailComfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, partnerships, marketing and executive stakeholdersFamiliarity with CRM, CMS, email marketing, analytics and project management platformsPassion for sports, live events, and premium experiences; interest in global campaigns and international marketsExperience working with agencies, sponsorship partners, or high-net-worth clienteleBenefits5% annual bonus opportunityShort- and long-term incentivesGrowth and developmental opportunitiesRobust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time offReasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state or local lawsCompany OverviewTKO Group Holdings, Inc.
