Oracle CPQ and PLM Scrum Master

Job Overview:
• Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of expertise in Agile delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise application development
• Strong exposure to PLM and CPQ systems required
• Proven experience in scaling Agile practices across distributed teams

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile delivery for enterprise applications, including PLM and CPQ platforms
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs and define user stories
• Align deliverables with business objectives
• Drive Agile transformation using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
• Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity, sprint predictability, on-time delivery)
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication, demos, and reporting
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments to improve team productivity and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and Scrum Master roles
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Miro
• Experience working with enterprise systems like PLM and CPQ
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to improve delivery timelines and team velocity
• Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning
• Knowledge of risk management and project governance
• Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis, and UAT processes

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in domains such as financial services and healthcare
• Background in Business Analysis or cross-functional roles
• Exposure to large-scale Agile transformations and distributed team environments
