URGENT: Bookkeeping Reviewer Needed – $25-$40/hour (15hours/week, Ongoing)
We are a growing bookkeeping firm supporting 80–100 active clients. Our team of four experienced bookkeepers completes the monthly bookkeeping, and we are urgently seeking a Bookkeeping Quality Reviewer to review their work at the end of each month.
Position Details
Role: Bookkeeping Quality Reviewer
Rate: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
Commitment: 15 hours per week
Schedule: Primarily during the 3rd and 4th week of each month
Key Responsibilities
- Review completed books prepared by 4 bookkeepers for 80–100 clients monthly
- Identify errors in reconciliations, categorizations, and chart of accounts
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to bookkeepers
- Ensure all books are accurate, clean, and ready for client delivery by month-end
Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Stripe, and Square
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Availability during the last two weeks of each month
