Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing HCM application delivery across complex client environments. Provides hands-on functional leadership across Core HCM, benefits, talent management and compensation areas, with strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable executionTrusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBSMust have a good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud HCM version 23+ capabilitiesWe are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledgeDescription:Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM ApplicationsResponsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requestsThe focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customerPosition is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in HCM application modules and business processesResponsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objectsAfter post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical casesThe key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertiseIt is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customersThis work includes:Work directly with Customers forAdvising on complex use of Oracle productsResolving highly complex and mission-critical issuesServe as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issuesFormal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of othersCreation/review of Knowledge Articles Requirements:8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & supportWorked in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SMEImplementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation GHR Foundational employee/worker master data, jobs, positions, org structuresWorkforce Management WFM Scheduling, shift planning, workforce rulesTalent Management Module Recruiting Cloud ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, onboardingPerformance Management PM Goal setting, performance reviews, evaluationsTalent Management TM Succession planning, talent pools, career development.
