Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant
This is a remote position. We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Financials, Procurement, or PPM modules. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support activities to help clients optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: β’ Lead requirement gathering, configuration, and testing for Oracle Cloud ERP modules. β’ Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, and PPM. β’ Requirement Analysis: Conduct deep-dive workshops to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from Finance stakeholders. β’ Solution Design & Configuration: Translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs) and perform hands-on system configuration. β’ Process Optimization: Advise clients on best practices to standardize and optimize core financial processes (R2R, O2C, P2P). β’ Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations between the Finance system and other enterprise applications. β’ βTesting & Support: Lead unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); provide Tier 3 functional support post-go-live. Requirements β’ Experience: 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or dedicated Finance Functional Consulting. β’ System Expertise: 3+ years of full-cycle implementation experience with a major ERP Finance module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, D365). β’ Hands-on expertise in Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and at least one additional area (Procurement or PPM). β’ Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and period close activities. β’ Experience in FBDI/ADFdi, workflow setups, and cross-module integrations. β’ Working knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI. β’ Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
