Optometrist /Teleconsultant/ Remote in M/xico Support U/S/ Clinics
Snapscale is hiring Optometrists with refraction experience to join our telehealth program based onsite in a HIPAA-compliant Mérida facility. This is a professional clinical support role — not retail, not sales, and not customer service. What You’ll Do: • Perform accurate refractions (manual or digital phoropters) • Support U.S. clinics via secure telehealth systems • Guide patients through vision assessments • Document results in EMR • Work in a clinical, structured on-site environment Compensation & Benefits: • MXN $18,000–$28,000 monthly (depending on experience) • IMSS after probation • Paid Mexican holidays • 5–10 days paid vacation • All equipment provided on-site • Bonus and career growth opportunities Employment Structure: • Work is performed on-site in our certified partner’s HIPAA-compliant Mérida facility. • Employment is through Snapscale’s authorized EOR partner. • Daily work direction and training come from Snapscale. • Optometry degree (Mexico recognized) • 1+ year refraction or clinical experience • Strong English skills • Able to work on-site in Mérida, Yucatán • Willing to train (HIPAA, EMR, Telehealth) Original job Optometrist /Teleconsultant/ Remote in M/xico Support U/S/ Clinics posted on GrabJobs ©.
