Oversee the execution of technical projects within the operations department.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and specifications.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
Train and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in project management.
Adhere to strict timelines and deadlines.
