Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of external solutions to support informed decision-making on customer issues
Communicate analysis and solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business bottom line and broader impact across the organization
Identify areas for improvement in functional performance and business processes through a understanding of customer/process insights, verification data, key requirements, and risk management
Lead periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance policies are followed
Gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data, including transforming raw data into meaningful information using data-driven software languages and visualization tools
Lead and collaborate with project teams and presentations to Management
