Operations / Logistics Coordinator
Role Overview
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will build and manage the operational backbone of the
business. This person thrives on structure, process optimization, and detail-oriented execution.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Systems
ā Set up and manage bookkeeping systems (e.g., Expensify or similar tools)
ā Track expenses and maintain organized financial records
ā Support basic reporting and documentation processes
Website & Funnel Optimization
ā Optimize website pages for clarity and conversion
ā Build and maintain simple marketing funnels
ā Upload and format course materials
Program Administration
ā Edit and convert teaching materials into polished program assets
ā Organize digital assets and student resources
ā Maintain backend systems for group programs
Research & Compliance
ā Conduct preliminary copyright and trademark research
ā Support documentation for intellectual property protection
Ideal Candidate Profile
ā¢ Highly organized and systems-oriented
ā¢ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
ā¢ Tech-comfortable (website builders, CRMs, bookkeeping tools)
ā¢ Proactive problem-solver
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
ā¢ Interested in long-term partnership (not gig-based mindset)

$500 - $700 a month
