Operations Coordinator

Radchem Products, Inc. is a chemical distribution company located in the southwest Chicago suburbs, seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure effective sales order management. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact in the order flow process, managing order changes, and coordinating order fulfillment to provide a positive experience for customers. Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders in support of the Sales team Send order confirmations with accurate pricing based on customer quotes Build strong relationships with customers and maintain consistent communication on order status Review, understand, and communicate customer requirements and instructions Keep track of regularly updated customer information across various databases Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments Coordinate with the Logistics team on freight movement Coordinate with the Supply team on purchases of raw materials Coordinate with Compliance team to ensure that orders conform to standards Skills Bachelor's degree from accredited institution 0-2 years of professional experience Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office applications Comfortable with processing large volumes of data Intense focus on data accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Self-starter with ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem solve Remain accessible outside of standard business hours when necessary Interest in sales, logistics & supply chain management Familiarity with Salesforce Benefits Medical & dental insurance and vision coverage Life insurance and STD/LTD insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and personal/sick days Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) Plan Heavily discounted membership rates to athletic clubs Hybrid work model Company Overview Radchem Products, Inc.
