Operations Associate About the Company: Ripple Effect Strategies is a digital fundraising and strategy firm focused on supporting progressive campaigns and causes. We partner with political campaigns and nonprofits to build sustainable fundraising programs and drive measurable impact. About the Role: Ripple Effect Strategies is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity, individual in the Eastern Time Zone only. This role will support internal operations and client management processes, working closely with leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly from a systems, billing, and administrative perspective. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include: Create and maintain accurate client profiles across internal systems and platforms. Support campaign setup organizing and inputting client data. Track and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments. Assist with contract tracking and administrative documentation. Set up and maintain automations across various SaaS tools and platforms. Support internal operations workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure operational efficiency. Perform other special projects or duties as assigned. Education, Skills and Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, finance support, or a related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and SaaS tools. Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
