An opening contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services for school settings. This role provides essential support to students by delivering remote social work services aimed at addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conducting telehealth sessions with students to assess and address their social and emotional needs
ā¢ Developing individualized intervention plans based on student assessments
ā¢ Collaborating with school staff and families to provide resources and support
ā¢ Maintaining detailed records consistent with school guidelines and privacy regulations
ā¢ Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
Desired qualifications and experience:
ā¢ Licensed Social Worker credential
ā¢ Experience providing social work services within K-12 school environments
ā¢ Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques
