They are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to drive growth initiatives for their Atlassian Marketplace products through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesIdentify Growth Opportunities: Use data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetizationMonetization: Highly experienced at delivering cross-sell and monetization experiences to improve monetization and ARRStrategic Planning: Develop and own the growth roadmap, align growth goals with company objectives, and collaborate across teams to build alignment on priorities and goalsExperimentation: Design, implement, and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate hypotheses, improve key metrics, and drive impactCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with core product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth-focused product features and experimentsAnalytics and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, communicating impact and insights to stakeholders and making data-driven decisionsUser Insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from users to identify pain points and opportunities to improve product experiencesProduct Optimization: Leverage insights and best practices to improve onboarding flows, in-product marketing, and retention mechanicsSkills8+ years of experience in a growth role, preferably within a tech or SaaS companyDeep understanding of growth metrics and user funnels, with experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategiesProven records of success in designing and executing experiments with a scientific, data-driven approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-makingProficient in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Launch Darkly, Google Analytics) and comfortable with SQL for customer data analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experiences collaborating across functions and presenting to stakeholdersYou are a 'power user' of tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and V0, using them to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and analysisAbility to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product experiencesBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plusExperience scaling products within the Atlassian Marketplace or similar ecosystemsA track record of driving rapid adoption for new products or platformsExperience leading web-based product growth and lead-capture optimizationFamiliarity with in-app messaging tools (e.g., Braze, Appcues)BenefitsRemote First work environmentUnlimited vacation in most of our locations!!Great benefits including health, dental, vision and savings plan.Perks such as training reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, and more.Diverse and dynamic teams with challenging and exciting work.An opportunity to have a real impact on our business.A great range of social activities (both in person and virtual).Optional in person meet-ups and the ability to travel to our international officesEmployee referral programCompany OverviewWe help organizations innovate, orchestrate, and deliver – turning bold ideas into successful outcomes.
