Job Summary MindCare Services is seeking compassionate and professional Online Psychology Counselors to provide remote therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities • Conduct online counseling and therapy sessions with clients via video, audio, or chat platforms. • Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide tailored interventions. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and ethical standards. • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary. • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other professionals to enhance client care. • Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and follow-up support. • Stay updated on best practices and developments in mental health care. Required Skills and Qualifications • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field. • Licensed or certified psychologist/counselor (depending on regional regulations). • Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Comfortable working with digital platforms for therapy delivery. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Experience • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or counseling experience required. • Experience in online counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable. • Exposure to working with diverse client populations is an advantage.
