As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, your main responsibility will be picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders for shipment or in-store pickup. You’ll work in coordination with store and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack online orders according to customer specifications
Ensure proper handling of merchandise, especially fragile or perishable goods
Operate handheld devices and scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with product stocking and returns as needed
Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment roles is a plus
