• Manage permissions and access levels.
• Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning.
• System Configuration and Customization configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Customize objects, fields, workflows, and automation.
• Develop custom applications within the platform.
• Report and Dashboard Creation design and build reports and dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and Support address user-reported issues.
• Provide technical support.
• Collaborate with Salesforce dev engineer and sustain teams to resolve complex problems.
• Staying Up-to-Date keep current with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
• Understand new functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage them for the organization.
• Collaboration work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and other team members.
• Understand their needs.
• Ensure the Salesforce platform effectively supports their workflows.

• Data Access Control design and execute organizational and user control to data access within Salesforce.
• Object-level security.

• Solution Alignment partner with product and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with product strategy and technology goals.
