As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing items for customer orders. You’ll work with handheld devices to manage inventory and ensure that every order is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick items efficiently based on digital order instructions
Pack merchandise securely for shipment or in-store pickup
Operate scanning and tracking devices to manage order flow
Ensure inventory organization and replenish as needed
Follow quality and safety standards for fragile or temperature-sensitive goods
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic mobile tech
Strong attention to detail and time management
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in retail, fulfillment, or warehouse preferred
