Work directly with clients to gather trip requirements, including destinations, budgets, and preferences
Research and curate tailored travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, tours, and experiences
Coordinate all bookings using approved vendor platforms
Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and client communications
Monitor travel guidelines and provide relevant updates to clients
Offer support to travelers before and during their trip, ensuring smooth execution of all plans
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with digital tools, online booking systems, or CRM platforms
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or itinerary planning is a plus
