Online Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer
We are seeking a
full-time Online Fitness Coach
to join our team of elite performance coaches. This is a remote position designed for a growth-oriented individual who thrives in a structured but flexible coaching environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Weekly Hours:
40–50 hours
Daily Commitment:
Approximately 8–9 hours/day
Availability Window:
Coaches must be responsive during client-active hours (
7 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST
, Monday–Friday), but your schedule is self-managed. You can structure your day flexibly so long as clients and team needs are met in a timely manner.
Contract Type: 1099 Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead
client onboarding calls
, establishing trust and setting clear expectations
• Conduct
6–8 coaching calls per day
(30 minutes each), providing expert-level guidance and accountability
• Review
client food logs and progress tracking
using the T3Body app
• Build and adjust
personalized meal plans
based on bloodwork insights, progress data, and evolving client goals
• Communicate proactively with clients to ensure high engagement and rapid support
• Coordinate with the Head Coach, Dr. Dennis (Medical Advisor), and Peter (Exercise Specialist) to ensure program alignment
• Attend
weekly team meetings
and
1-on-1 development meetings
• Complete administrative duties including documentation, program updates, and ongoing education
• Bring a solutions-focused mindset and maintain a high standard of professionalism
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience
in health coaching, nutrition coaching, or personal training (
online coaching experience preferred
)
• Strong background in nutrition, exercise programming, and behavior change coaching
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly responsive and detail-oriented
• Strong self-leadership and time management skills in a remote work environment
• Degree preferred
in Exercise Physiology, Nutrition/Dietetics, Psychology, or related field
• Bonus: Registered Dietitian (RD), advanced certifications in health/lifestyle coaching, or formal training in behavior change psychology
