• Utilize fitness sales skills to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and promote additional services or products when appropriate.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in group fitness, physical education teaching methods, and health club innovations to enhance service quality.
Experience
• Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe workout routines.
• Demonstrated ability to teach physical education concepts effectively in both individual and group formats.
• Experience in sports coaching or athletic training is highly desirable.
• Skilled in sales techniques related to fitness services and products with a focus on customer satisfaction.
