To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's Degree in any field (preference given to degrees in Language and Education) or a related teaching certificate
TEFL or TESOL certification (mandatory for online teaching)
Availability to teach part-time or full-time (afternoon to evening Beijing time, 4 pm - 11 pm BJT)
A reliable computer (desktop or laptop) with internet access (wired connection preferred)
A commitment to teaching for a minimum of one complete semester (6 months)
A punctual and responsible work ethic, with a positive attitude
Preferred qualifications include:
TESOL / TESL / TEFL / IELTS certification
Experience teaching ESOL / English to young learners
At least 1 year of online teaching experience
