Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their bookings
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
- Manage customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution
- Utilize Booking.com's systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
