Analyze and Test for Growth
• Analyze digital analytics data to identify performance gaps and user drop-off points
• Plan and execute A/B, multivariate, and split testing initiatives

• Improve landing pages, CTAs, and user funnels
• Work with UX/UI designers, marketers, and product teams to apply optimization strategies
Present and Report Findings
• Create performance dashboards for stakeholders
• Stay informed on digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies
✍️ Behavioral and Copy Insights
• Write persuasive content aligned with user behavior insights
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational and Technical Background
• Degree in marketing, behavioral science, UX, statistics, or a related field
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and digital decision-making
Tools and Software Expertise
• A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
• Analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
