Online Chat Support Agent - Remote
We are looking for a reliable Online Chat Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through live chat. You’ll provide quick responses, guide customers through service information, and escalate more complex issues to the right department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can type quickly, write clearly, and maintain a professional tone at all times. You will also need to multitask between multiple chat conversations and document customer interactions accurately in our system. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat. • Provide accurate service and scheduling information. • Escalate technical or complex issues to the service team. • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions. Requirements: • At least 1 year of customer service experience. • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills. • Reliable internet and computer access. • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
