Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through online chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
• Proactively identify and report any potential issues or trends affecting customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service is delivered to customers.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computer applications and typing skills.
• Previous experience in online chat support is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
