The Online Chat Representative at QP Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. They will engage with customers to address queries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Engage with customers via online chat platforms to provide information and assistance
⢠Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions
⢠Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
⢠Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
⢠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
⢠Meet performance goals for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
⢠Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications:
⢠Excellent written communication skills
⢠Strong problem-solving abilities
⢠Customer-oriented and empathetic approach
⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
⢠Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service tools
Desired Experience:
⢠3-7 years of experience in customer service or online chat support roles

Salary & Benefits:
⢠Minimum Salary: $21.21 per hour
⢠Maximum Salary: $25.5 per hour
