Experience
Ā Proficient in English with strong written communication skills
Ā Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
Ā Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Ā Familiarity with sales processes and client services is advantageous
Ā Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in written communication
