Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a Chat Support Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. You will respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and provide product information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems through live chat.
