[Remote] Senior Insights & Experience Analyst

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Insights & Experience Analyst to drive enterprise-scale Voice of Employee (VoE) initiatives using platforms such as Qualtrics and Medallia. This role will focus on designing, executing, and scaling employee listening programs, delivering actionable insights, and enabling product and HR teams to enhance employee experience.ResponsibilitiesLead design and execution of employee experience (EX) surveys and continuous listening programsPartner with Senior Product Managers to document requirements and validate solutionsOwn end-to-end survey lifecycle (design, deployment, governance)Develop survey builder frameworks and standardizationPerform text analytics and qualitative analysisDrive closed-loop feedback mechanismsCollaborate with HR, People Analytics, and Product teamsSupport case management workflowsContribute to CoE developmentEnable AI/agentic solutions for automationSkillsHands-on experience with Qualtrics and/or MedalliaExperience in Employee Experience (EX) / CX survey programsStrong survey design and research backgroundExpertise in text analytics and qualitative analysisExposure to SaaS environments (Google, Intuit preferred)Strong stakeholder managementPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Experience in People Analytics / HR analyticsExposure to case management systemsFamiliarity with AI-driven analyticsExperience in CoE modelsCompany OverviewIn todayβs dynamic and competitive market, success hinges on mastering three key areas: Data Intelligence, Business Resilience, and Digital Experience.
