Oncology Forecasting Lead
The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, and we are seeking an experienced Oncology Forecasting Lead for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote. The job description is as follows: Pay: up to $137/hr based on experience 4-month assignment with potential of extension based on performance and budget Shift will be Remote Responsibilities • Develop and maintain global, strategic forecasts for oncology inline brands using robust, data-driven assumptions • Build and refine patient-based forecasting models, including dynamic models • Partner cross-functionally with teams across commercial, market research, analytics, pricing, and market access • Integrate insights from multiple data sources to enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic recommendations • Present forecasts, assumptions, and scenarios to senior leadership, including “what-if” analyses and risk/opportunity assessments • Lead range-based forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic decisions • Apply a consultative approach to problem-solving, including hypothesis generation, data analysis, and storytelling Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 6+ years of experience in forecasting, market research, and business analytics within the biopharmaceutical industry • Strong experience in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases • Proven expertise in: • Pharmaceutical forecasting • Patient-based and dynamic modeling • Quantitative methods (regression, time series, simulation, smoothing) • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Understanding of global access, reimbursement, and competitive landscapes By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
